Initiate Your Request
Log in to your SYNETIC account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
